Cross Rigg have a long history in the construction and maintenance of properties.

Starting out as a small building firm many years ago, we have gained over 50 years of experience in this field. With this expertise, we made the decision to focus on building and renovating care homes for the elderly. Having successfully owned and managed six care homes in the region for a considerable period of time, we eventually sold these care homes and shifted our attention towards developing care and nursing homes into flats for individuals over the age of 40, as well as those who are young at heart. Currently, we are proud to say that we have seven properties in the Northumberland and Tyne and Wear areas, which consist of over 230 flats.
